Dr. Sadow is a certified cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon who has practiced in South Florida and the Treasure Coast since 1986. His professional life has been devoted to successfully healing patients with serious, life threatening illnesses and complications of common medical disorders. Recently, he founded University Medical Clinics in order to provide patients with first class, state-of-the-art outpatient facilities with highly professional, compassionate, and experienced Internists and family physicians and a kind, supportive staff for the practice of preventive and diagnostic medicine.

Jay A. Berger, MD, MPH:

Dr. Berger is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his Masters of Public Health from Columbia University and served his Internship and Residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. In addition, Dr. Berger has extensive experience in Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, and the diagnosis and treatment of Spine disorders and injuries. He also has broad knowledge and experience in the areas of Public Health, Clinical Research, Diagnostics, and Laboratory Services.
Dr. Berger is a member of the American Medical Association, American Hospital Association, American Public Health Association, American College of Physicians, and Diplomate, American Board of Internal Medicine. He is the former Chief of Medicine of Columbia Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, Florida, the Medical Director of the Okeechobee Florida County Jail, and the current Board Chairman since 2002 of the Princeton Clinical Research Associates.

Teresa S. Fagan, M.D.

Dr. Fagan completed her clinical training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Board Certified, she likes to get to know her patients as individuals, understands and cares for their health.

Lynette Foster has spent more than twenty five years in health care practices of varying disciplines including, but certainly not limited to; Family Practice, Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics’ and OB/GYN.. This extensive experience allows her to have a “full view” of her patients, giving her a better understanding and helping her to better interpret the interrelationship of conditions, symptoms and disorders.
Lynette received her BA in Nursing from Florida State University and her Masters in Nursing from the University of Miami.

Ludmilla N. Maisen, MD

Dr. Maisen is Board Certified in Family Practice. She has extensive experience in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Podiatry, Pain Management, Psychiatry and Psychology. She also has broad knowledge of joint, bursa and trigger point injections; skin biopsies and excisions of skin cancer.
Dr. Maisen is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. She has received a number of prestigious awards including; America’s Top Family Doctors Award in both 2004 and 2005 and the Distinguished Physician Award in 2005.

A certified Forensic Examiner with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, she is Board Certified in Geriatric and Family Practice by the American Academy of NP’s.

He has extensive experience in Primary Care, Cardiac Care, the management of chronic conditions and Emergency Medicine.
