Concerns about Patient Care and Patient Safety

It is the policy of University Medical Clinics to encourage patients and their families to participate in their own care as a patient safety strategy.

Information regarding the reporting of concerns about patient safety and patient care shall be posted throughout the organization.  This information will also be posted on University Medical Clinics’ web site (www.umclinics.com).
 
Patients and their families may report concerns about patient safety and patient care anonymously to the Director of Performance Improvement/Risk Manager at 772.664.8205, extension 110.
